This year, the festival invites young and old to explore the link between cinema and technology: we invite you to plunge into a universe where technology becomes a playground. Through a selection of experimental short films, come and discover astonishing illusions, genius tinkering and machines that do as they please! Experimental cinema is also the art of showing what goes on behind the scenes: manipulating film by hand, mischievously assembling images, or hijacking machine bugs… This program celebrates both the magic of technology and its capacity to elude us, to be hijacked or reinvented.
