Synopsis
The psychedelic animated film Feed the Ghosted explores media overstimulation and excessive media consumption. The protagonist, a glittering everyday hero, navigates a chaotic virtual world. The visual style is defined by continuous, liquid-like motion, with constant flickering and fading of images, creating a sense of visual overload. The film is accompanied by a soundscape composed by Mamiko Motto, composer, sound artist, and co-founder of internet radio NTS. Technoid, metallic sounds generate an industrial atmosphere, enhancing the animation’s hypnotic pull.
