Xena's body (a menstrual auto-investigation using an iphone)

This doomscroll documentary explores the relationship between my iPhone screen and my own body. As with many teenagers, I sometimes thought that this device was a bit like the little bathroom mirror I use to explore myself. Then I came to wonder if this phone wasn’t much closer, not in front but in my body. From the desire to snatch something from the oblivion of doomscroll and regain power over the data I feed my phone, without even thinking about it, I tried to document this field/counter-field that unites us and its strangeness.
