Luce RTX3090

Luce RTX3090 is a speculative fiction featuring a 3D character created to look like Quebec actress Luce Guilbeault (1935-1991) as she would appear in 2062. She recites a monologue which positions us in a world where people have stopped aging thanks to genetic manipulation. At 127 years old, Luce, cured of cancer, presents herself as the only elderly person who exists on Earth. The text combines excerpts from interviews with Luce Guilbeault, current research in biochemistry and elements of dystopian fiction.
