Poet, playwright, painter, editor-in-chief of the literary miscellany “Petropol”. Laureate of the Award “People of our city” (2001). Founder and coordinator of the Arts Award of Tsarskoe Selo (from 1993). Author of 15 books of poetry and prose.
Author of 12 plays, 6 of which have been staged in Saint-Petersburg and Riga. His plays were translated into Lettish, English, German and Polish. The play "Tango in a desert" was produced on the "Radio Russia". Co-author of the script to the film “The Case of Joseph Brodsky” (“The Black Godfather”). The film received the highest and the oldest professional film award of Russia “Nika” (1992).
