Miloš Tomić

Miloš Tomić was born in 1976 in Belgrade. During the period when he went to high school he took classes at the film school "Kvadrat" run by Zoran and Svetlana Popović in Belgrade. He graduated from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade (directing major) in 2001 in the class of prof. Miša Radivojević. He finished his MA studies in Prague, at FAMU, where he studied animation in the class of prof. Petar Skala. He was a guest student in Madrid and Berlin. In 2010 he defended his PhD thesis "Preciousness of Discarded Objects, i.e. Trash as the Material for Film, Photography...". He has been living in Belgrade again since 2009. He teaches short video form at the Singidunum University.
