Sous la forme d’un collage poétique, alternant paysages et portraits, ce film propose à différents modèles, américains pour la plupart, filmés dans un studio à Berkeley, de dire des tongue twisters dans leur langue maternelle ou seconde : allemand, anglais, arabe, arménien, assyrien, chinois, coréen, croate, espagnol, français, hébreu, japonais, persan, portugais, tagalog, vietnamien.
