Ronald Bijleveld

Artiste Ronald Bijleveld alias Lukansky né en 1972 fondateur du mouvement Aapruder and Atrabilious Amsterdam Experimental Filmfestival, fait des films depuis 1988. Anarchiste de nature, j’aime aborder des questions sociales et géopolitique dans mon travail, qui je pense doivent être interrogées pour créer une société mondiale plus honnête et plus égalitaire. C’est ce que j’essaie donc de faire par le biais de l’art cinématographique. Mon travail est également décrit comme du « cinéma direct », et je considère beaucoup de mes travaux comme de l’improvisation. Cela se résume à une manière très émotionnelle de travailler sur place, et au moment du tournage je suis juste mon instinct et mes émotions !
Des thèmes récurrents sont la religion, la cupidité, le fascisme et la guerre, et la fugacité des choses.
Mon travail est projeté dans le monde entier, dans différents lieux de cinéma et galeries à Amsterdam, Riga, New York, Rome, Sydney, Stockholm et bien d’autres encore.

i like to address social and geopolitical issues who have to be dealt with for an more honest and equal world society ! and by the vessel of Film Art i will try to contribute in that direction, mine work is also described as direct cinema being approach is mostly different starting each new project and its is the wiling outcome of process itself, many work is what i like to cal improvisation Filmmaking this all come down on an very emotional way of working at the spot even though the work before was sometimes over analyzed almost always at the moment of filming at the location i just follow mine instinct and emotions ! , art is an language on its own with its own dynamic , and mostly try to reach out to the soul of mankind, any film i make is an personal experience and spiritual journey
any l form is part of mine own search to get an certain emotion across to the viewer.
