Nadia Granados

Nadia Granados est originaire de Colombie et actuellement basée à Mexico. Son travail explore les relations entre la pornographie traditionnelle et la violence. Elle utilise son corps comme outil d’exploration, cherchant à faire basculer les consciences avec de nouvelles voies d'action. Elle a été primée de nombreuses fois et notamment par le Franklin Furnace Fund, la 3e Biennale des arts visuels de Bogotá et a reçu le prix FONCA pour les résidences d'artistes de Colombie-Mexique.
Son travail a été présenté au Canada, au Venezuela, en Espagne, en Argentine, au Chili, au Costa Rica, à Berlín, en Équateur, en Argentine, au Pérou, aux États-Unis, au Mexique, en Corée, au Brésil et en Colombie.

Nadia Granados is originally from Colombia, and currently based in Mexico City. Her work explores the relationships between traditional pornography and violence and is both performative and technological, art and activism, and a mix of cabaret, intervention, and streaming video. In all of her work, she uses her body to detonate, opening up new pathways of action and shifting consciences. Among the many awards she has received are the Franklin Furnace Fund, the 3rd Visual Arts Biennial Bogotá Prize, and the FONCA award for Colombia-Mexico artist residencies. Her work has been presented in Canadá , Venezuela, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Berlí n, Ecuador, Argentina, Perú , the United States, Mexico, Korea, Brazil, and Colombia.
